OT Fitness – a fantastic way to engage all kids no matter what their fitness level.
In 1983, I was one of the first recipients to be presented with the “Harry Jerome award” by the National Black Business and Professional Association.

2009 National Black Engagement Day, I was invited to be a member of the Caribbean Diplomatic core that traveled to Ottawa to meet with Prime Minister Stephen Harper. The focus of the visit was to lobby for the new Caribbean and African Radio Network (CARN) Today we enjoy the CKFG CARN 98.7 FM Toronto - Caribbean Community is a Community radio channel from Toronto, ON Canada. I was granted the opportunity to brief various Ministers about the health and fitness work that we are carrying out in schools across the province.
