OT Fitness was present at The TDSB Healthy Schools 5k Run/Walk. We introduced Hi-Steppers, Sac Races, Soft Javelins and Soccer Skills as part of the interactive and active space for all attendees to enjoy, in the Celebration Zone. It was a great event with record numbers participating; from teachers, parents and students, all showcasing enthusiasm in pursuing fun ways to improve their overall health.
